Come and hang out and paint with me!! Join me on June 30, 2024- for a fun filled watercolor workshop At Hanai Foundation , Bend, Oregon 10am -5pm We will have approachable watercolor techniques that will help you in your art journey with this medium. I will go over materials and topics and help you learn how to play with color, composition , to create playful designs of your own. In this workshop we will concentrate mostly on scenes from the surrounding area. Learning to use watercolor in playful ways is the key to creating fun and vibrant designs. Careful or loose brushstrokes is the key to finding your way in the expression of this medium. It's important to always take risks when creating art and in this class I will teach you how. My approach is always easy and carefree, art should be joyful and free of frustration. In this class we will be painting loose Landscape and some summer florals. My hopes is that you walk out of the class feeling more inspired on your art journey. I will be giving live demos and offering advice and answering questions you may have about the subjects we are working on and the medium itself. Now is your chance to have some one on one time with me and a few laughs ! Lunch will be offered and unlimited beverages . I plan on making this a very memorable day for you whether your a beginner or a seasoned pro! We will get into the sprit of Summer and have lots of fun learning new ways to express ourselves in the subject matter and medium. I hope to see you there!! (FYI lots of free parking on the premises and according to people who live in Bend, everything is 10 minutes away from each other- so downtown and hotels are close by.) Since I can't offer a refund, if you are unable to attend, you're welcome to find a lucky friend to go in your place. Just send me an email at crimitrent@earthlink.net and let me know who is taking your place. If the workshop is cancelled (which rarely happens) you will be refunded in full. Note we cannot compensate for lost travel expenses.
